Subscription Terms & Conditions.

Terms & Conditions – SEAL Subscription

Welcome to Ashario Pets. By subscribing to the SEAL Subscription Program, you agree to the terms below. Please read them carefully before enrolling.

1) Minimum Commitment

  • A minimum subscription period of two (2) consecutive months is required for all new subscribers.
  • Early cancellation before completing the minimum period is not permitted.

2) Billing & Payments

  • Subscriptions are billed automatically on a recurring monthly basis to your saved payment method.
  • All prices are in Canadian Dollars (CAD) and subject to applicable taxes.
  • If a payment fails, we may retry the charge. If unsuccessful, your subscription may be suspended until payment is resolved.
  • You authorise Ashario Pets to store and use your payment method for recurring charges associated with your subscription.

3) Renewal, Cancellation & Pauses

  • Subscriptions renew monthly until cancelled.
  • After the 2-month minimum, you may cancel at any time via your account or by contacting us. See Contact section below.
  • Cancellations and pause requests must be made at least 5 business days before your next billing date to take effect for the upcoming cycle.
  • Pauses may be limited or unavailable during promotions or for certain products. We reserve the right to decline pause requests that fall inside the minimum commitment window.

4) Product Availability & Substitutions

  • Occasionally, items may be unavailable. We may contact you with a suitable substitution of comparable value/format, or skip the shipment and adjust your charge accordingly.
  • We aim to maintain ingredient and sizing consistency, but minor variations may occur from suppliers.

5) Shipping & Delivery

  • Delivery schedules and methods may vary by location.
  • Please ensure your shipping address and contact details are accurate and up to date. We are not liable for delays or non-delivery resulting from incorrect addresses or missed delivery appointments.
  • Risk of loss transfers upon delivery to the address provided.

6) Returns, Refunds & Order Changes

  • Subscription charges are non-refundable once processed, except as required by law.
  • Report damaged or defective items within 48 hours of delivery. Approved issues will be replaced or credited in accordance with our Return Policy.
  • Edits to items, flavours, or sizes must be submitted at least 5 business days before your next billing date.

7) Pricing, Taxes & Changes to the Program

  • We may update pricing, applicable taxes, eligible products, delivery fees, or program features. Material changes will be communicated at least 30 days in advance to your account email.
  • Promotions, discounts, and free gifts (if any) are time-limited and subject to additional terms.

8) Account Responsibilities

  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account.
  • We may cancel or refuse service in cases of suspected fraud, misuse, or policy violations, without refund.

9) Communications Consent

  • By enrolling, you consent to receive subscription-related emails (order confirmations, billing notices, policy updates). You may still receive service emails even if you opt out of marketing communications.

10) Privacy

We handle your personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Please review it for details on data collection, use, and safeguards.

11) Limitation of Liability

  • To the fullest extent permitted by law, Ashario Pets’ total liability for any claim arising from your subscription is limited to the amount paid for the affected month.
  • We are not liable for events beyond our reasonable control, including carrier delays, supplier shortages, weather, or Force Majeure.

12) Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada. Any disputes shall be brought in the courts of Ontario.
