Natural Balance - Limited Ingredient Diet Salmon & Sweet Potato Small Breed Dry Dog Food

TL;DR: Natural Balance Limited Ingredient Diet Salmon & Sweet Potato Small Breed is a grain-free dry dog food built around a single animal protein — salmon — with sweet potato as the main carbohydrate. It comes in a 4 lb bag with smaller kibble sized for small breed adult dogs, particularly those with sensitive stomachs.

This recipe keeps the ingredient list short to reduce the number of variables that can trigger food sensitivities. Salmon is the sole animal protein, and sweet potato replaces grains as the primary carbohydrate.

Who is it for?

This natural balance salmon dog food suits small breed adult dogs whose owners want a short ingredient list and a single animal protein. It's worth considering for dogs that haven't settled on multi-protein or grain-inclusive recipes, or for owners who simply prefer fewer moving parts in the daily bowl.

Owners searching for a dog food for itchy dogs often start with a limited ingredient formula, since fewer ingredients make it easier to identify what agrees with your dog. Speak with your veterinarian before using diet to address any ongoing skin or digestive concern.

Feeding & use

Feed as a complete and balanced daily diet for small breed adult dogs. Follow the feeding guide printed on the bag based on your dog's current weight, and always provide fresh water.

When switching from a previous food, transition gradually over 7–10 days to give your dog's digestive system time to adjust.
