Greenies

Greenies is a dental-focused treat line for both dogs and cats, and this collection carries 12 formats ranging from $4.04 to $19.49 CAD. The range covers three distinct jobs: chewy dental treats shaped to help clean teeth and freshen breath, Pill Pockets for hiding medication, and Smartbites for everyday indoor cat snacking. Knowing which of the three you need is the quickest way to narrow the list.

Which Greenies dog treats should you choose?

Greenies dental chews for dogs are sized by weight class, so the chew lasts long enough to do its job without being awkward to eat. The small-dog options here are the Teenie Regular dental dog treats in the 6 oz bag and the Teenie Original version — both suit toy and small breeds rather than large dogs.

If your dog already gets a dental chew and you need something else, the Pill Pockets range in chicken and peanut butter flavours is built around a pocket that holds a capsule or tablet, so you are not wrapping pills in cheese every morning.

Feeding notes

• Match the chew size to your dog's weight class, not their enthusiasm.
• Dental chews are treats — count them toward daily calories.
• Supervise chewing and keep fresh water available.

What about Greenies cat treats?

Feline Greenies split into two styles. The dental side includes the oven-roasted chicken dental cat treats in the 4.6 oz bag and a catnip flavour, both crunchy pieces sized for cats and intended to support routine oral care. The Smartbites side, in tuna and chicken, is a softer indoor-cat treat rather than a dental chew.

For a picky cat, the catnip dental cat treats in the 2.1 oz size are a reasonable trial bag before committing to a larger one. Cats on daily medication are covered by Pill Pockets in chicken and salmon flavours.

Buying Greenies in Canada

All 12 products in this collection are priced in Canadian dollars, ship Canada-wide, and are available for same-day pickup at our North York store for GTA shoppers. If you keep both a dog and a cat, note that the dog and cat formulas are not interchangeable — the shapes, sizes and recipes differ, so buy the one made for the species.
