PetSafe

Looking for PetSafe in Canada? This collection brings together five PetSafe products carried by Ashario Pets, ranging from $8.75 to $211.99 CAD: three pet water fountains, a replacement foam filter, and the Smart Feed automatic pet feeder. Every item here is made by PetSafe, so parts and accessories are matched to the fountains in the same lineup.

Which PetSafe water fountain should you choose?

The right fountain depends on your pet's size, how much noise you can live with, and how you prefer to clean it. PetSafe's fountain range in this collection covers three distinct approaches.

• No pump, no cord: the PetSafe Outlast Pet Water Fountain Without Pump runs without electricity, which suits apartments, quiet rooms, or households that would rather not manage a cord and motor.
• Cats and small pets: the PetSafe Viva Pet Water Fountain is sized for cats and makes a sensible starting point for a single-cat home.
• Dogs and multi-pet homes: the PetSafe Stainless Steel 360 Dog Water Fountain uses a stainless bowl and a 360-degree design, so more than one pet can drink at once. Stainless is also the easier surface to wipe down and keep free of film.

Do PetSafe fountains need filters?

Pumped fountains use filters, and keeping a spare on hand saves a second shopping trip. The Drinkwell pre-foam filter in this collection is matched to the 360 plastic dog fountain, so check your model before ordering a replacement. Plan a regular cleaning schedule for the bowl and pump housing regardless of filter type.

What about automatic feeding?

The PetSafe Smart Feed Automatic Pet Feeder is the one non-fountain product here. It suits owners on irregular schedules or anyone portioning meals for a pet who eats too quickly. Pair it with a fountain if you want both food and water handled while you are out.

Buying PetSafe in Canada

Ashario Pets stocks this PetSafe range in Canadian dollars, with same-day pickup at our North York store and shipping Canada-wide. If you are deciding between a pumped and a pumpless model, start with where the fountain will live: bedrooms and quiet offices favour the Outlast, while busy kitchens and multi-dog households usually get more use out of the stainless 360.
